Who We Are

Akefada International Limited was incorporated in 2010 as a real estate and investment firm with a vision to be a world class home service provider by the year 2030 that would be an authority in the retail, commercial and residential real estate business in view of our passion to provide shelter and business place for people of different classes. Our mission is to provide residential, commercial and retail real estate services made easy to customers on a good payment scheme, we make an emphasis to listen to our clients and build them the home of their dreams thereby making them fulfill their dream of a house of their own. Our corporate identity is to be seen as a world class home service provider, creating a standing relationship that is built on customer service, honesty and integrity. Meanwhile, the core objective of the company is to develop acres of land for estates (Residential. commercial and Retail) at affordable prices for clients and equally assist our customers to pay for real estate’s products under a favourable payment scheme. Our philosophy is to always build the best, most cost-effective houses that technology is capable of producing. We specialize in high-quality custom homes, and offer clients individual home or community building services that are in line with government’s housing schemes. We shall equally provide good investment opportunities for clients who are interested in land speculating and are looking for a secure means of investment.

What We Do

In line with our strategy and business positioning, we have identified four main core business line; Property Development, Facility Management, Property Trading and Mortgage support services.

Property Development

In order to key into the increasing demand for middle and high end affordable shelter and quality homes in Lagos and Ogun states, we have created an enabling environment for individuals, organizations and communities, by providing better homes, work places, retail and leisure spaces where they can aspire to live, work and play.

Towards this end, we are presently developing 200 acres of land as an estate along the Lagos-Badagry express route in Agbara/Igbesa called Royalty Homes, Agbara. The development commenced in year 2011 and the estates has services plots for possible development, properly laid out plan, recreational facilities among others. The Estate shares the same boundary with the Ogun State-Chinese Free Trade Zone, with international market size and high security. Also, some multinational companies like Nestle, Glaxosmith, Viju milk industries, vita malt, Dangote cement, shell gas plant, chevron plant, and Unilever among others are around the estate which will be a commercial boost for the estate. We also have some institutions around the estate which includes Crawford University, ACOED and LASU. Other areas of interest around us include Lagos resort centre, Badagry port, Winners Chapel and the Apostolic Faith Camp Ground. Royalty Homes currently exist in five (5) different locations around south west region of Nigeria namely: Lagos state: Agbowa/Ikorodu, Ibeju Lekki Ilamija & Ibeju Lekki Sirinwo. While in Ogun state: Agbara/Igbesa & Mowe Ofada.

Facility Management

With the growing sophistication of the real estate investors, financiers, tenants and the complexity of the property industry, property management today requires expert handling and skills for adopting and adapting novel and efficient techniques operation attested to by the landmark records. We have equally put in place some key competitive strategies which are proactive and responsive in nature with a view to meeting and even exceeding client’s expectations.

Property Trading and Mortgage support Services

Property Trading has been one of the core competences of the company through which a profitable niche has been created and sustained over the years. We have concluded several landmark transactions in this area and its competence and prowess in this aspect of the real estate business is superlative. With the spectacular investment opportunities that currently abound in the real estate industry, the ability and capacity of a player to effectively deploy capital and effectively manage big ticket transactions whilst creating and sustaining profitable niches would be a key success factor.
